- Entry barrier - a product or service feature that customers have come to expect from organization.

heyy guyss ! as what i have learn, information technology is a field concerned with the use of technology in managing and processing information which it is an important enabler of business success and innovation. Okay so today i would like to discuss a little bit about business driven technology. Business functions receiving the greatest benefits from information technology.

MANAGEMENT INFORMATION SYSTEM(MIS)

- MIS is a general name for the business function.
- It is the procedures to help an organization to solve business problems.
- It is a business function similar to Accounting, Finance and Human Resources.

1. Data - raw facts that describe the characteristics of an event.
Information - data converted into a meaningful and useful context.
Business Intelligence - application used to support decision making efforts.
